The 22nd International Book of Mormon Evidence Conference
Friday and Saturday Sept 28-29, 2018 9 am to 9 pm

We are more limited on tables this year, so please reserve early. Table set-up will be Thurs Sept 27 from 3 pm to 9 pm and on Fri. Sept 28th from 6:30 am to 8 am. You must be set up by 8:30 am Fri Sept 28th as this is when customers begin to arrive. The first speaker will be at 9 am. Most vendors can use the main entrance which faces west, for loading and unloading. There are larger doors at the east rear entrance if needed.
Vendor Tables-8 foot by 3 foot table & 2 chairs
$250 each for the entire 2-day event.
Space includes 8 ft. table, 2 chairs but NO electricity. Tables provided are bare and tablecloths are required, so please bring your own. If you need the following you must purchase it at the time of reservation.
Additional Cost (If Needed) Electricity $65- Tablecloth rental $10 each.
Discounts: A. Save $30 if you pay in full at time of reservation

Your Individual Table is ONLY $200 total if you qualify for both discounts!
2nd 8’ Table $150 (example 2 tables w/discounts is $200 + $150 = $350)
3rd 8’ Table $100 (example 3 tables w/discount is $200 + $150 + 100 = $450)
4th 8’ Table $75 (example 4 tables w/discount is $200 + $150 + $100 + $75 = $520)
5th 8′ Table $50 (example 5 tables w/discount is $200 + 150 + $100 + $75 + $50 = $575)
6th 8′ Table $25 (example 6 tables w/discount is $200 + 150 + $100 + $75 + $50 + $25 = $600)
Booth Space MAY be available but we haven’t confirmed this yet. (June 24, 2018)
Large Space Vendor Booths may be 8′ x 8′ spaces with two- 6′ tables and 3 chairs
$500 each (If Available) for the entire 2-day event.
We may have Vendor Booths which are 8 foot by 8 foot square, or 64 sq ft of space. They include two 6 ft. tables and 3 chairs. Tables provided are bare and tablecloths are required, so please bring your own. If you need electricity or tablecloths, you must purchase it at the time of reservation. Pipe and drape for your booth will be extra.
