Vendor Tables

Each paid vendor will receive free admission for you and two additional employees. Vendor table setup is on Wed April 10th from 2 pm to 10 pm and again on Thurs April 11th from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. The event starts at 9 am and vendors are required to be set up no later than 8:30 am Thursday. You may use the front North doors or there is a door in the rear on the southwest side. Take down will be no earlier than 7:30 pm on Sat April 13th. Chose available space below, pay at ANY yellow button and then email Rian to reserve your table or booth number.

Name: 23rd International Book of Mormon Evidence Conference
Dates: Thurs April 11, Friday April 12, and Saturday April 13, 9am to 9 pm each day
Location: Davis County Conference Center
Address: 1651 North 700 West. Layton, Utah 84041 Directions
Vendor Set-up: Thurs April 10th  from 2 pm to 9 pm and Fri April 12th  from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. (Conference speakers begin at 9:00 am so please be set up by 8:30 am)  Front or rear doors.

We are more limited on tables this year, so please reserve early. Table set-up will be Wed April 10, 2 pm to 9 pm and on Thur. April 11 from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. You must be set up by 8:30 am Fri April 11th  as this is when customers begin to arrive. The first speaker will be at 9 am. Most vendors can use the main entrance which faces north  for loading and unloading. There are larger doors at the west rear entrance if needed.


 1- VENDOR TABLE – 6 foot by 3 foot table & 2 chairs
$300 each. Table for the entire 3-day event.

Space includes 6 ft. x 3 ft. table, 2 chairs but NO electricity. Tables provided are bare and tablecloths are required, so please bring your own. If you need the following you must purchase it at the time of reservation.
Additional Cost  (If Needed)  Electricity $65- Tablecloth rental $10 each.
Discounts: A. Save $30 if you pay in full at time of reservation
B. Save $20 helping us promote with a link on your website, e-blast or newsletter.
Your Individual Table is ONLY $250 total if you qualify for both discounts!
2nd 6’ Table $200 (example 2 tables w/discounts is $250 + $200 = $450)
3rd 6’ Table $150 (example 3 tables w/discount is $250 + $200 + 150 = $600)

2- BOOTHS – 8’x 8′ space, 2 tables, 2 chairs
$615 each. Booth for the entire 3-day event.

Space includes 8 ft. x 8 ft. space, including  2 tables, 2 chairs and pipe and drape is furnished at no extra cost. NO electricity unless paid separately. Tables provided are bare and tablecloths are required, so please bring your own.  If you need the following you must purchase it at the time of reservation.
Additional Cost  (If Needed)  Electricity $65- Tablecloth rental $10 each.

3 ½ VENDOR TABLE – 3 foot by 3 foot table space & chair/Share with another vendor. $125 each for the entire 3-day event.


       4- ½ BOOTH SPACE – 4 foot x 8 foot space and chair. You share the front table with another vendor and you have a 6′ side table of your own in your space as well. $300 each for the entire 3-day event.
